.Net Framework 3.0 is required to run this program.

Before using this mod you must know it can crash your game for no reason, but my game didn't crashed when I was testing it. Use it for your own risk.

Update: GTA:IV Support
This porgram was tested with version 1.0.7.0 it may run with other versions, but not recommended.

Update v1.1
Added GTA3.IMG file support (use only TXD and DFF files)
You will need to add the original gta3.img location in default.dat or gta.dat or the game will crash

With this program you can load mods without modifying the original files, the mods are stored in a folder called Mods.
A sample mod is included with some minor changes.
