This is the base to SOL 69.8
This is a cleaned VC setup that is used for SOL, You can use these files to create your own mod.
Installing these files will clean your newly installed Vice City with all the generic objects from LC, VC and SA for you to work with.
Create a file called game.img, game.col and game.ide in /sol/cdimages/ and get started.
To install;
Install Vice City and remove read-only.
Delete the data and models folders from your Vice City folder.
Unzip this mod and place over your Vice City folder.
Done.
