yup finally tommy in gta 3 i suggest not to do the machowski missions or you will crash yur gta3!

*First make a BACKUP in case
*just open gta3.img, replace the files
*open txd.img too(if you want)
*close and play

the cutscene head is being tested

i added 13 skins. they are regular, beta, mr vercetti, soiree, tony montana(chainsaw scene), tony montana(suit), hd, casual, overalls, country club, bank job, hd v2 and the prison outfit. if you have more skins plz comment
