This mod makes the Cheetah extremely heavy and fast. Also its gold(ish) and taxis/cabbies are gray and the usual white part of the cop car is also gold. And all emergency vehicles(even Rhino and Barracks OL)except fire truck and ambulance are extremely light and are rendered undrivable.
