Description

First, put file PAQ.ifp into the gta3.img
Secone, put PAQ.cs and CLEO_TEXT into the CLEO file(most has CLEO.asi)
Finally, have fun!

You can input PAQ open this CLEO.
If you are running and running into something.CLEO is on.
You can see you fly~
