Description

This script will add the ability to lock rockets on vehicles and ground, almost like Javelin and Stinger 

If you plan to derail trains, please read the README part where i say some important info

make over EFLC, tested in TLaD and GTA IV with patch 1..0.0.7 (or 1.0.7.0?, i really dont know ^^)
probably will work on all versions
