"hiya just wanted to ask what program do i use to import your mod onto gta iv?" this is a .net script, so you will need the .net scripthook and a ASI loader, all its included copy the files: folder Scripts, dsound.dll, ScriptHook.dll and ScriptHookDotNet.asi to the root folder of your gta, maybe you need to use the DLL that is inside the folder "DLL for 1.0.0.4"
