If there are similar mods to this, don't rant about how this is stolen.
I made this mod myself, nobody else involved.
Just press 'Backspace' ingame to begin the mod.
The directions that it gives you in the game are clear enough, you should be able to understand them.
This mod turns riot mode on, pedestrian and vehicle traffic off, and trains do not spawn.
If you don't know what riot mode is, it catches stuff on fire, street lights blink, and police helicopters swarm the sky.

When it said 'ok' as I fired the minigun, that is part of a cleo scripting tutorial, nothing to do with this mod.
