This Mod Change Old Player Skin To Devil Skin
How TO Install ?
1.Download Skin.zip
2.Extrak All Devil.bmp to C:/program files/GTA 3 Directrory(Deafult is GTA 3)/Skin Folder
3.Play it
4.Go to Option->Player Skin
5.Select Devil And Apply
