this is just a simple script that I made for main.scm long time ago so I thought that I could share this with you guys.
I converted it to Cleo so if you guys find any bugs or problems or a better idea about this mod let me know, I'll do my best and improve it.
so basically what this script do is pick a random ped near you and make them use cellphone
and there is a random timer wich means they could use cellphone for long or shortly.
and as I noticed, it doesn't work with gangs or dealers but it does with others, as well as cops.
Lol sorry man I don't think that is possible with scripts but I think it is possible if there is .ifp mod wich means create an animation of walking with cellphone and then make people who are using cellphone change their walking style to this animation, then it would look like how you said.
