This is my 2nd Mod, It is a T-Shirt featuring Derpy Hooves from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. You can install it using IMG Tool. It replaces tshirtilovels.txd or any other t-shirt in player.img.

How to Install:
Open player.img using IMG Tool
Click edit > find > Type in tshirtilovels.txd (Or another t-shirt's file name that you want to replace.) > Then, click Find.
Right Click (insert desired t-shirt file name here).txd and Back Up the file by clicking Extract (Just in case you do not like the mod or it messes up your game.)
Then Right Click (insert desired t-shirt file name here).txd again and click Replace.
Find the mod and click open.
After you replace the file, go up to Commands > Rebuild Archive.
Close IMG Tool and Play GTA: San Andreas!
