Install it by extracting the cs file and audio folder to the folder called cleo
How to make it work
since rumbl3r asked
just press the horn button(default=H)
I am adding new sounds
the ped can't horn!!
Has this mod been finished or you still have something to do with this? (Since it's status is still "Work in Progress"
