this is my first GTA IV mod and i have called new york city conversion as it is basically that. for many years now i have meen playing gta and feel it culd do with a lot more realism so have decided to ddo just that.

the mod will replace all signs, vehcles, buildings and everything imbetween.
PLEASE NOTE not all the mods included are my own work so if you beleive they belong to you please say so i can credit you . all mods i use will be free to use as given in instructions by each auther i will create a list on final realese of the mod containing all authers

as with this mod their will be many updates to come but i thaught i would give a samall update on my overall plan for this mod

I WILL UOTPUT A LIST OF MEMBERS HELPING WITH THIS MOD ON WEDNESDAY THE 3RD TO ALLOW MORE MEMBERS TO OFFER TO HELP

i intend to create an ientire new york conversion using mods other people have created 9with permision of course) and bring them into a huge mod pack wich contains everything to make the games more like new york.
all cars will be real ones found in new yok police fire and ambulance will NOT use els as many people have problems with ELS so this is why.
uniforms for police and fire will be real
location names will be real
builddings will be real like the statue of liberty and the empire state building and so on. all police stations will be NYPD stations and so on for ems and fire.

transport such as planes taxis and busses will be real. signage will be real
and many more modifications to come.

i have decided to create this mod for both GTA IV 1.0.4.0 1.0.0.7 AND EFLC 1.0.0.2
EACH VERSION WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO HAVE TRAINER OR NOT AND YOU WILL NEED A FRSH INSTALL OF GTA IV/EFLC TO INSTALL

at the moment i am working on GTA IV V1.0.4.0 as this is the most stable so will do other versions sepretly
