In San Andreas are few mafias. But two bigest are Russian Mafia and Wuzie's Mafia. Thes two mafia's are in war. You are playing as new member of Wuzie's Mafia named Mike. Wuzie sees that you are very talented and he is giving you importent tasks. Mike will need to kill 3 so called Vip Russian Mafia members. Every one of them controls one city and they are loyal to so far unknown Russian Mafia leader.

Rich chinees in San Andreas. He have his own mafia called "Woozie's Mafia". He take Mike as new member of his mafia. And after first assigment of his he sees that he is talented killer.
Alexie Follkof
He is one of 3 so called VIP Russian mafia members on SA. He controls Los Santos.
1: Your writing is bad, there are lots of grammar mistakes.
2: I saw that sometimes you write: Wuzie(speaking)... and sometimes you do not. If you are going to do something like [character name] (speaking) at least do it EVERYtime when that char is speaking.
3: Wu Zi Mu's name is NOT, I repeat. NOT Wuzie! He is Woozie/Wu Zi Mu.
4: In some missions, enemy actors' health is TOO big! It takes TOO MUCH bullets to take down such an armoured animal! If the enemy actor doesn't have armor, set HP to 100. If it does, set to 250, 500 HP for friendlies, or at least that's how I set them.
5: The first mission has 4 cutscene objectives. Why did you do that? DYOM's objective limits aren't really THAT low. You could have put the first mission cutscenes, and then continue the story in the SAME mission! It would have gone so well.
6: Were you in a hurry while doing the missions? If yes, please do not make missions while in a hurry. Take your time.
The result will be worth it, trust me. Now, I know this was your first time, but start low. Make missions first, not a whole story. Learn from professionals (not me, im not really a professional, but I have a few months experience) and analyze their mission making style. Then, combine all the styles from their missions, and make your own style! That's what everyone does. Good luck on the others.
