This is a DYOM v6.0 storyline that I was working six months ago, when my old PC was broken, I have recovered part of the data of the chapter 1 and finished it. Chapter 2 and following will be ready when I get another PC.
Instructions:
Just extract everything into your GTA San Andreas User Files.
