This is a video i made that resembles the GTA IV and Episodes startups. I made it quickly with the free wallpapers from rockstars download site and with movie maker. This would be good for use if you make a GTA CTW mod for GTA3, VC or SA. Which i plan to do in the late future when i get better modding skills.
NOTE: Did not turn out exactly as planned. Its disorted/pixelated on bigger screen resolutions. Looks good on my monitor which is set to 1024*720
