Update: Now this mod can also be installed using "GTA MOD INSTALLER"..

This is a jin kazama mod for vice city. With new intro screen, main screen, loading screens, Bill Boards, and Splashes,

@Saumya.Saurav. you mean the speedometer in "building wank" pic... well that came with my game... it's just a small size file which allows you to see the speed of every vehicle, bike, boats and aircraft...
