This is my first mod I made from scratch. You can edit the values of your max help with using sanny builder, its default was 250. You have this health to this max value whenever you spawn, recover from hospital or released from jail. Unfortunately, you can't recover it back by a health pick up and it resets to 100 if you drive an ambulance. Enjoy

Now I made a compatible version for vice city and as an added bonus, it will set a max value for armor as well, but you must start a new game to work.
