can you make jeff hardy like in the game svr 2010?

I, can´t, i never worked with svr 2010 models, i tried edit some textures, its easy but... i saw a tutorial to put the the model in 3ds Max but is very difficult! BTW SVR 2010 use an High Poly model, to use that in San andreas will be ery difficult!
