he actually didnt do nothing he just replaced the knife dff and txd with the katana ones.. thats why the icon wont appear, nice try..

yo, i have download it. amazing!but i can't see the knife or katana icon on the top. i know how to solve it! just rename the katanaicon with TXD Workshop to knifecuricon and the alpha: katanaicona to knifecuricona! (you can download TXD Workshop in tools corner in GtaGarage)

You NEED IMGTOOL... or other replacing tools...
INSTALLATION: just replace the files in the folder
and you are ready to play...

There is also backups...
