This mod specifically re-textures some billboards. Brands that appear are:

*Billy Mays
*Burger King
*CoD: Modern Warfare 3
*Mafia II
*McDonald's
*PETA (Vandalized Billboard)
*PlayStation 3
*Rebecca Black (2 billboards, One Vandalized Billboard)

As of now, I've only been able to create some billboards in Las Venturas, most of them appear near the Julius Thruway. Have fun!
