I created this new SFX. It replaces the bclosed.mp3 and the bopen.mp3 effects in the Audio folder to a new one that resembles a National Weather Service alert.

(Before you install backup these 2 files bopen.mp3 and bclosed.mp3 in your "Rockstar Games/Vice Ctiy/Audio" folder.)

Just copy and Paste the 2 mp3 files from the rar file to "c:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Vice Ctiy/Audio" When asked "Do you want to replace the file(s) bclosed.mp3 and bopen.mp3" Click replace.

Then Start your game. To hear the warnings you need to start a new game. You will hear it shortly after you start the new game. The 2nd warning is part of the way through the game after you unlock the bridges.
