This is a texture I made when I found out how crappy water looks with ENB series and how to make it look good you had to enable the water effect in ENB at set deepness really high which in my case limited FPS. So I made this mod, all you do is replace your files in the particle.txd (download TXD workshop to do open it) in your models subfolder of the GTASA directory with the ones I provide.
Now those of you who have systems that cant run ENB at super high settings can turn off the water affect and still have some kick butt water graphics and ENB. N-joy, and please, tell me if you want me to do any other affects or what I can do to make this one better.
