this is a nanosuit skin not a model. This skin makes that tommy wear a nanosuit and i now its isent perfect but i tried my best. 

Instalation:right click on the gta vc shortcut and choose propetis
then click at open file location after that open the map skins and put the skin in there.

to have the skin when you play gta vc start gta vc then options then click player skins
setup then double click on the skin you going to have that skin on you.
