Description 
Installation :
 Put BC.cs in your CLEO folder And run the game. You can easily notice that the camera angle in car is changed. Which is better than the default camera angle :P

P.S.
 This is my first cleo mod, It's quite simple though... Hope you like it ;)

I installed sanny builder - tool for creating or editing mods. I changed values to this: distance 1.5 altitude_multiplier 1.1 angle_X 0.2

maybe next time you should make the camera off the left like in gta 4. . but otherwise very good mod
