Description

mod info :

this mod will increase the number of peds that spawn in the streets.
(like GTA IV)
and also it will reduce the traffic flow a bit.

installation:
 just replace the original popcycle.dat with this one (create a backup for your safety)

This spoils the game. You increased the number to above that the game provides, setting it to 90, 95, 100, and the limit within .exe is only 40, besides making the number of vehicles and pedestrians day and night are equal.

It would make the ped selection on screen more selective I'd say. Then modify the cargrp.dat; and make most cars in most groups, and you get a very diverse experience.

Well why don't you try setting them all to 100 and tell me what happens xD
