GO TO "c:/program filse/rockstar games/gta san andreas/data".
now find "handling.cfg" in the data folder and copy it on the desktop, open my zip folder
and put my handling.cfg into the data folder.
if you dont like it take the copied handling.cfg and put it in the gta sa data folder.
