HOW TO INSTALL?
Copy carcols.dat to C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/data/carcols.dat
and replace the carcols.
SAMI INSTALLATION DOESN'T WORK!
Before i make v2.0 i first want 1.0 online to see if people like it

Help is nothing but--i will give four side blueprints of a vehicle and you nshould model it for SA(gta)...
