Changes Fuel Storage Tanks & Smoke Stacks At Ocean Docks, Easter Bay Chemicals & Green Palms In The Desert! Use IMG Tool To Replace txd's With Mine, Then Rebuild The Archive And Enjoy! Add All 3 Files For Full Effect! tmankeny Contributed Textures For This Mod. Thanks Travis!
