This is a completely clothes MOD which allows your CJ to equip the EEV goggles device on his head.
The Difference between this MOD and game original NVgoggles is this MOD replaced clothes not a weapon in game , so you may go to clothes shop to buy it.

Have you made the same goggles, but instead on his forehead, not on his eyes?

Replacing the original NVgoggles of the game is a good idea.
