Description:
This car colour mod will change all vehicle colors in GTA III to black, just like in Vice City when you use 'IWANTITPAINTEDBLACK' cheat.

Notes:
- This isn't the final version, as there may be some vehicles which aren't black. If you find them, let me know!
- Car colour compatible taxi signs were created by frank.s for GTA Police Stories v1.2
