Not sure what to make of this thing. Took me 15 minutes to get it off the ground. Once airborn it flies like a brick, constantly crashing back to earth. As far as it's water capabilities, it has none. It doesn't float well. It doesn't dive at all, except to pop right back to the surface.
I couldn't find anything useful about it at all.

Skimmer replacement that can be flown above and below the water. This is a small craft and can traverse all watery regions in SanAndreas while underwater.
Controls are just as an aircraft to allow easier handling.
