hello this is my first cleo mod. the bloody slasher appears at fishers lagoon at 00:00. and he tries to kill you with a katana and he bleeds its a fun mod. once i get able to make my own peds. i will spawn a difrent ped more blood and a better version of the katana. lol but you can kill him it takes somewhere around ten minutes so i could not record the video all the way or it would shown me killing. him check the video below also be sure to bring a rocket launcher you"ll need it
