I got really annoyed as some gangs made certain areas of Liberty City inaccessible, so after messing around with some of the ped data files I made it so that gangs wouldn't shoot you on spot... like they normally do
Just follow these steps:
-copy my files
-open this folder (Rockstar/GTA3/data)
-paste my files into the data folder, replacing the old ones
Just incase:
-backup the "ped.dat" and "pedstats.dat" files
-this is just incase you want the gangs to act the way they were before

i hate those when they attack to me and if im driving car with black windows how can they saw me trough them maybe they are super mans and only thing i can say for them is xD
