Press TAB + H

Tommy get 150 Armour if you havent make Vigilante mission
you get 100 Armour

Tommy get 9999 Health

BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF 150 ARMOR IF YOU HAVE 9999 HEALTH? I CAN SAY MAKE ARMOR 9999 LIKE HEALTH
