Hello i have an new hi res sea shell yo need an txd editor or txd workshop or something else to edit the txd.
GO to you gta sa folder then models en then particle and then you must replace then seabd32 with mine then
you play gta sa and go under water ten you see the new one!(with mosnter i mean biig)
