Press 2 during game play to activate the mod.
A sequence of explosions, getting ahead, and goes away.
It ends with an explosion in the CJ without affecting it.
The mod does not work inside the car.
Copy the file to the folder CLEO.
Cool mod. Very funny for killing a groups of peds. Unfortunately there is an issue on it. If CJ is in the dressing room of any of the clothing shops (Binco, Pro Laps, ZIP, Didier Sachs, Victim) while clothes menu is displayed, activating explosions will make game unplayable. Huge issue here is if I activate explosions with pressing 2 and they kills cashier while CJ is inside clothes room, I can't press Enter to CJ exit clothing room and I will trapped in shop forever.
