Ok, im not going to oversay you, this mod is great, but it has it little problem. Anyways, it isnt a GTA IV feature, its kinda of... GTA SA Beta one, you did a good thing, but you forgot to make the van stop chasing you when you wanted level is gone, thats all the problem, apart from that it is ok

I like the idea of the newsvan. Maybe for another one, you could have the SWAT Tank follow and crash into you when you have a 4 star wanted level and the FBI Truck follow and crash into you when you have a 5 start wanted level
