Yeah, paint is no good enough for modding... I use GIMP 2. It's almost as good as photoshop and it's free to use. Try to google it.

it figures you made it in paint... :/ it really sucks man, you really need to come up with some better sh*t. cause in this way you won't be able to keep up with the bigger modders. no hard feelings bro.
