This mod adds water to all 3 cities in San Andreas. It's still in its early stages, but it will give a sensation of a "Lost Kingdom of AtlAndreas" or something like that.

Los Santos

Almost the entire LS is flooded - only the LS Hills aren't flooded. In a previous version of the mod, which I keep private, the TransFender was accessible, but I hardly believe it is now. The Pay 'N' Sprays are no longer accessible, so you'll have to outrun the cops if you get a wanted level. Trains DO spawn underwater, which makes it look funny.

San Fierro

Everything in San Fierro is flooded with the exception of some areas near the bridges. The SF Garage is no longer accessible.

Las Venturas

Every single road in Venturas is underwater. Although the casinos and other tall skyscrapers poke out of water, these are inaccessible due to the roads being flooded.

Other minor thingies

All 3 airports are flooded, and VMA is probably flooded too as it's practically level with the Sherman Dam's water level and now the water level is much higher there.

The Transfenders and most Pay 'N' Sprays are flooded.

I advise, COMPLETE ALL OF THE MISSIONS OR DOWNLOAD A 100% SAVE BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD! 

This mod renders most, if not ALL, missions uncompletable, so if you're going to download this, beat the game first.

THIS WILL MESS UP THE OPENING CUTSCENE, so, if you want to start a new game, SKIP THE OPENING CUTSCENE, OR THE GAME MAY CRASH.
