Description

This mod allows you to just simply smoke and have a wavy screen. When high the game plays in normal time, so no slow motion. You smoke by pressing 0 (zero) (the one above the "o" and the "p"). Instalation: just drag the .cs file in to your cleo file located in you gta sanandreas directory. OH, and don't for get to comment.

Hey guys, gonna try to make it a tad more realistic, Like Slowing down time a tad bit and not having the visual effects instantly. Stuff like that

hey man i blow forreal, you should make cj sit down and smoke while it blurrs. also maybe you can do a blurry first person view like when you dont move for a while. [color=Blue]

He can only smoke standing unfourtunatly. No Im norry i cant make this non cleo. If i did it would majorly f*ck up your game. And I know the wavynees isnt what being high is actually like. So Im gonna try to make the screen a little blurry and maybe slow down time a bit. Idk any suggesttions?

PLLEEAASE make it a normal mod you just ad in some where, please. i can get cleo cus i have the ueropean version, if i install Cleo, my game just DIES! so please make a non cleo remake, or edit it. thanks
