Modded Features:
Lots of specials: vehicles, teleporters, armories, garages, new unique jumps, pirate treasure, etc.
Extra gang territories in SF & LV for 4star Gang Wars.
Added ramps for boat jumps, extra bribes & boat spawns, different drug dealers and peeing homeless peds.
Note that this 'version' was known to have a lot of crashes due to the large amount of features.
