This fix will solve the problem some people have with GTA IV

Problem: Glasses got flickering and/or spots which occur on some glasses or glass-made objects.
For now i'm busy solving the problem with the NOOSE glasses, and when that's done i'll try to solve the other problems too...

What do you need?
1. SPARK IV

Install:
1. Make a backup of original files
2. Open up SPARK IV and replace files
3. Press save and quit
4. Start GTA IV
5. Get a wanted level and see if the problem is solved
