Hook version is deprecated and bugged aswell. It just helps you on changing player's walkstyles, nothing more. Normal version is CLEO-based and it gives the ability to set only the current CJ's walkstyle (by scrolling down the panel list) which will be valid in all situation, such as when he's carrying a huge weapon and when he is either fat, muscular or thin, in-game.

The script has been tested with an un-modded GTA SA with original main.scm and everything works perfect now! I can't help you then.
