Description:
This mod creates a probability to shut down your cars engine when it is damaged enough, I mean when the black and white smoke comes together. When it is damaged enough, it creates a probability that is equal 50%, if your car haven't shoted down, then it has a 20% probability to shut down when you are riding. When your car's engine is shoted off, you will need to keep pressing UP and DOWN to start it again, like in GTA IV. You have a 25% probability to start it again from the first try. If you enter such damaged car, it has 50% probability again, and everything repeats. Good luch & Have fun.
Installation:
Just put all the .cs file to your GTA SA/Cleo folder, and the .fxt file put to GTA SA/Cleo/CLEO_TEXT folder.
Known bugs:
After fixing the biggest bug, there is no bugs now, if you find one, just tell me.
Why i have only 4Cleo Mods and 1 Mod of weapon but the game still crasher all of them work properly but if i play 30mins game crash

but all work perfectly but if i play like 30Mins Game Crash
