No I cant. Im no longer doing any modding or skinning work anymore. and besides the model would have to be made from scratch and I dont have time to do anything like that anymore Can you add the mod with a dff file changed into looking like huang. And i have started to plan a chinatown wars conversion this what all the mods i make go to (apart from the queen mod(i was drunk at the time of making and uploading) any way if and when you wanna join in on the modding then just shout
at th moment im just throwing out mods to help get opnions wot works and wot dont etc well i won't beable to help till july if i do cause i have to get rid of my comp soon and i won't beable to save any work i get done Greatmuta ive uploaded these new txds if your interested intrying them out and look for my splash screens on gtagarage because the news file has been changed and it works for huang trust me the best tools for txd is txdtool and txdworkshop
and finding specific txd's its best to use imgtool which has a search fuction
shouldnt be to hard finding them

and i actually do want to do a full conversion of gta 3 to be in the style of comic chinatown wars but doing it by myself is gonna take a long time
but if theres a certain amount of people interested then i might decide to plan a full conversion
