You guys have seen vehicles in VC swinging out of control easily.So i thought of having
a handling which make vehicles speedy, fast to accelerate and superior handling.
I updated all vehicles handling and made them perfect try now quite nice.
The handling file is originally in CGF file.
Might you either upload a notepad with the handling code on it, or update it to a CFG file so it is compatible with more users games and easier to use?
Because I am not so sure how to use a RAR file. :/
