The upgrade of the beach club offers 11 instead of 2 parked cars, some dancing ped, a new parking plattform, an additional safehouse near the dam with 3 parked cars, 1 bike and 2 boats and an 10 Mini Paintjobs.
Also included are versions of the map for people without project oblivion or real palms mod.

With this mod you get a new safehouse or better a kind of beachclub in the east of Bayside.
(The location can is marked on the map and can be found also on a picture in the download-folder).

The mod also adds 4 parked boats, 2 cars and a safepoint via Cleo.

help !! ok... when i save game in place. i load again, my game still crash... why!! im using cleo 4, and not using other mod... i think found more bugs on dancing.cs... when i use it... all ped not found on the street... my game V 1.0 us

I have a problem with "the upgrade" of the beach club safehouse. when i'm ingame, the Damsafehouse works perfectly, but The beach club house, does not appear. There are only some trees and bushes which dissapears and appears constantly, and then there are the cars and the boats. So the problem is that the beach club house doesn't appear. It appears and dissapears constantly, like there is something wrong with the graphics. Please help me, and otherwise a really awesome mod!

the people on my beach house are fighting, not dancing... kinda weird. otherwise its amazing :cookie:

i need to find my gta3img folder to add the house i really want it but cant seem were to add picture frame and stuff did all other steps but cant find were to add picture frame
