Fight absolutely all people... (-NO SHOOTINGs, cause if you shoot then peoples can run away-)
Townspeople chaos is observed... (people running & looking for fight, cars more chaotically move)
... Ridiculous to observe as the pair of mandrels kicks cop...
WORK WITH 1.0.3.0... Use FileCheckFix & ASIloader... 
It in my opinion works in ONLINE game, because I has long ago not played in the solitude...
but you can play in single player game too...
In Second Version People More Angry & Reply for Fight !
Instruction of the installation:
Copy folder from the archive into the radical folder with the game. Do not forget to make backup of the original files named like in archive...
