Since Buffalo is only available when stolen from police, and I really like that car I made a civil version of it.
In this mod, Uranus is replaced by Buffalo!

dudes, first off we have to be able to mod models, then it will be poddible to change wheels and everything else.
great mod, very creative, but how do you change the rims? i dont like those boring LCPD rims, i want it with the Chavos or the Huntley or the Landstalker rims, it will look better

Maybe you could add rims (wheels) from some other car, because ATM those are police rims
